About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced Workforce Planning Senior Analyst to join our team and support the production of short, medium, and long-term contact and staffing forecasts across multiple markets. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly collaborative team, driving strategic goals and delivering excellent customer service at optimal cost.
Main Responsibilities- Create and maintain accurate monthly, weekly, daily, and 15-minute interval forecasts of contact volumes and staffing requirements using historical trends, special events, and business growth objectives.
- Be an expert in our WFM application, ensuring its best practice use across the team for demand and supply forecasting, what-if scenario modelling, and optimized scheduling.
- Analyse data and trending performance across Marketplace Support, identifying areas for improvement and providing insights to drive decision-making.
- Support the team with regular workforce-related reporting and data gathering, including Supplier forecasting files and documents.
