As a strategic business partner, your role in this organization encompasses a range of responsibilities aimed at supporting its human resources functions and overall objectives.

  • Talent Management: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates to meet staffing needs.

  • Attendance and Leave Management: Monitor attendance, manage leave requests, and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Culture and Engagement: Plan and execute initiatives to foster a positive work environment and enhance job satisfaction.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals, supporting organizational development and change management.
