Job Title: Financial Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive financial operations coordinator with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in accounting and financial management.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily financial tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting month-end closing processes. This role is key to ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely reporting within the finance function.

Job Overview:

  • Manage billing, invoicing, collections, and payments.
  • Reconcile customer/vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of all receivables and payables.
  • Support preparation of annual budgets and perform variance analysis.
  • Prepare and assist in the preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • 2 -3 years of experience in a similar financial role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.).
  • Familiarity with accounting software (Odoo preferable).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills
