Job Title: Financial Operations Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support our financial functions.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

  • Manage financial records and transactions with accuracy and efficiency
  • Prepare and maintain balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports
  • Monitor cash flow and ensure proper financial controls are in place
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Process and reconcile invoices, receipts, and payments
  • Handle general accounting tasks, such as accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Assist with financial audits and tax filings
Requirements:
  • Strong proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Proactive and able to meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of taxation laws and regulations is a plus
