We are seeking an experienced sales leader to drive nationwide growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales operations, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement sales plans that achieve revenue and growth targets on a national level.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of sales professionals across multiple locations, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure individual and team goals are met.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to identify new sales opportunities and improve sales performance.
  • Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and industry influencers.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in sales management, implementing relevant initiatives to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Analytical mindset to interpret data and insights for sales decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • MBA (Marketing) or Pharm-D/BS/MS in Nutrition Sciences.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of sales management experience, preferably in Nutraceutical/Pharmaceutical industries.
  • Up to 40 years of age.
