Job Title: Customer Service Representative
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Email Support Representative to join our team. As an Email Support Representative, you will be responsible for handling all email communications related to order confirmations, order postings, and other customer-related inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:- Email Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing email communications related to orders, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customers.
- Order Confirmations: Send order confirmations and update customers on their order status in a professional and courteous manner.
- Order Posting: Post orders and manage order-related documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Customer Inquiry Response: Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and follow up as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Email Correspondence: Ensure all email correspondence is accurate, professionally written, and free of errors.
