Call Center Agent

At Taurus Call Center, we are seeking a highly motivated Call Center Agent to join our team. In this role, you will make outbound calls to provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing expert-level customer support through proactive and reactive communication strategies.
- Ensuring follow-up on customer interactions in a timely and efficient manner to maintain high-quality service standards.
Our compensation package includes a competitive salary structure with opportunities for growth and advancement. Employees can also earn additional income through incentives, bonuses, and overtime pay.
Work Schedule:Standard working hours are from 7:30 am to 5 pm during summer months and 8:00 am to 5:30 pm during winters, with rotational days off (1 day per week).
Job Specifications:Successful candidates will possess strong communication skills, patience, and empathy. They will work closely with customers to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.
