Job Overview:

At Connectiks, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities
  • The successful candidate will have 1+ years' experience in telemarketing or an outbound call center environment and a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles.
  • You will provide coaching and assistance to call center agents on an ongoing basis, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to meet their targets.
  • In this role, you will also be responsible for maintaining company best practices for call center management and operations, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
  • You will work closely with our HR team to develop training programs for new hires, helping to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
