Procurement & Materials Manager

The Procurement and Materials Manager is responsible for overseeing the company's material management process. This includes handling enterprise resource planning systems, coordinating demands and delivery of materials at site, and developing strategies to optimize material flow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain inventory levels and track inventory movement
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate cross-functional activities related to enterprise resource planning
  • Handle communication related to material demands and requisitions
  • Ensure data standards in enterprise resource planning system and identify redundant data
  • Work with other departments to meet material needs
  • Identify opportunities to improve material management efficiency
  • Manage and supervise a team of material management professionals
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, logistics, or business administration
  • Two years of experience in implementing an enterprise resource planning system
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of project management principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in enterprise resource planning, Sage, Asana, Excel, and other supply chain management software

This role requires a mid-senior level professional who can manage a team and develop strategies to optimize material flow. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and analytical skills, as well as experience working with enterprise resource planning systems.
