Strategic Talent Acquisition Manager

Job Overview:

The Strategic Talent Acquisition Manager will design and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to identify, attract, develop, and retain top talent. This role requires a deep understanding of organizational needs and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment initiatives to meet business objectives.
  • Evaluate applicants through discussions with managers to ensure alignment with job requirements and organizational goals.
  • Nurture relationships with industry contacts, professional associations, and employees to stay informed about best practices and emerging trends.
  • Design and coordinate college recruiting programs to identify and attract high-potential candidates.
  • Implement competency-based testing methodologies to ensure employees possess the skills and knowledge required for their roles.
  • Design and deliver team-building exercises and workshops to foster collaboration and engagement among team members.
  • Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of performance management in achieving organizational goals.
  • Moderate conflicts within teams to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Analyze potential organizational challenges and collaborate with management to provide strategic support in addressing human capital needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher from a reputable institution.
  • 3-5 years of experience in talent development, recruitment, or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
