Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team. This role will be based at our head office, overseeing country offices and business units.

The ideal candidate will have substantial finance experience, strong analytical skills, and a good work ethic. Interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or in teams are also essential.

  • Assist in reviewing financial reports for accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Design and implement process improvements to reduce manual consolidation and streamline daily processes.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to identify efficiencies in the financial close process.
  • Coordinate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, including audits.
  • Build strong relationships with teams and proactively manage feedback.
  • Review account reconciliations, lease entries, and complex accounting entries.
  • Support finance teams with account creation and inquiries.
  • Conduct consolidated performance analysis.
  • Manage intercompany relationships and resolve variances.
  • Perform ad-hoc projects and operational analyses as needed.
Requirements

A Master's degree in Finance, CFA, or near completion of CA/CPA/ACCA is required. 3-5 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a tech environment, is preferred.

Deep knowledge of IFRS accounting principles is essential. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills are also required.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity with BPC and Microsoft GP systems is a plus.
