We're seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at HyperNym. As a key contributor, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and target audience needs.
  • Lead Generation Tool Management: Utilize and optimize lead generation tools to identify, enrich, and segment target accounts based on their industry characteristics.
  • Campaign Execution: Design and launch outbound marketing campaigns using cold email outreach, personalized LinkedIn messages, and multi-touch sequences.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with our content and design teams to produce impactful assets like email templates, banners, infographics, and case studies.
  • Data Management: Build and maintain accurate lead databases, ensuring data enrichment and categorization for targeted campaign execution.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as open rates, CTR, MQL volume, cost-per-lead (CPL), and campaign ROI.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing or outbound lead generation, preferably in B2B tech or SaaS.
  • Familiarity with Apollo, Zoho, and similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of email deliverability best practices, cold outreach etiquette, and personalization strategies.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn automation tools, lead scraping, enrichment, and segmentation.
  • Excellent copywriting, communication, and attention to detail skills.
