Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional General Manager to lead our regional sales team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for maximizing regional sales and revenue with an increased focus on customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Masters degree in Engineering or Business management required.

Sales Growth and Revenue Optimization

You will drive regional sales growth and revenue optimization. This includes retaining and increasing the subscriber base and enhancing existing revenue streams.

Regional Network Operations

You will manage design, construction, and operations of the local access network. This includes ensuring the availability of resources to each division for optimal performance.

Customer Experience

You will manage customer satisfaction levels in the region. This includes ensuring timely resolution of fault complaints and that products are installed on time.

Performance Monitoring

You will monitor and evaluate each division's performance against targets. You will take corrective actions as needed and control regional operations using SAP/CMS, integrated at HQ level.

Facility Management

You will ensure safety and security of all organizational installations under your jurisdiction.

Compliance and Governance

You will ensure compliance with budgets, targets, and deadlines through cost-efficient controls. You will also ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Employee Development

You will monitor and evaluate employee performance.

KPIs

Your key performance indicators will include ensuring networks are restored within stipulated time, achieving revenue targets, and reducing registered faults within the specified timeframe.
