The Enablement Program Manager will play a critical role in developing and executing training initiatives for Account Executives within the Expansion Sales team.
Key Responsibilities:- Program Development & Execution
Develop and execute training programs to enhance effectiveness and drive sales performance. - Sales Enablement & Coaching
Design and deliver engaging training programs using adult learning theories and best practices in instructional design. - Strategic Thought Leadership
Serve as a thought leader on sales best practices and provide expertise in learning models and strategies.
- 2+ years of experience in Enablement, L&D, or Training roles within a high-growth organization.
- Experience in Expansion or Upper-Mid Market Sales (including some management experience).
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to extract and visualize data for performance evaluation.
- Proven success in Sales or Business Development with a track record of driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and influence teams across all levels.
- Expertise in learning models and strategies.
