Job Overview:
A Call Center Agent plays a vital role in managing customer interactions, providing accurate information, and resolving issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, and address concerns in a professional manner.
- Identify and resolve customer complaints effectively, maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Accurately record and document interactions in the CRM system for follow-up and quality assurance purposes.
- Stay up-to-date with product offerings, policies, and procedures to provide relevant support to customers.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and escalate issues as needed.
- Meet or exceed performance goals and targets related to calls handled, customer satisfaction, and first call resolution rates.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is an asset.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and manage customer expectations effectively.
- Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software.
- Fluency in Arabic is an advantage; knowledge of English is highly beneficial.
