Director Of Audit

This is a leadership role in the audit function where you will be responsible for overseeing internal audits, assessing risks, and ensuring adherence to financial and operational standards.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  2. Develop and implement effective audit strategies to ensure compliance with internal controls and industry standards.
  3. Conduct regular financial and operational audits to identify areas of improvement and minimize exposure to risk.
  4. Lead the audit team in identifying and addressing findings, and implementing corrective actions.
  5. Ensure that all audit work is conducted in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Full-time Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or CFA qualification.
  • 8+ years of experience in auditing, preferably within the hospitality or service industry.
  • Strong understanding of auditing standards, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven experience in risk management, internal control assessment, and process improvement.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
