Lead AI Reliability Team

We're looking for an exceptional Engineering Manager to lead our newly formed AI system reliability team.

This is a high-profile role that requires building, managing, and mentoring a high-performing team focused on data analysis, debugging, root-causing production issues, and figuring out the long tail of failures and corner cases across our AI stack.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and growing a team of engineers and analysts to drive AI system reliability initiatives.
  • Leading efforts to detect, diagnose, and mitigate failures and degradation across AI features in production.
  • Designing tools, dashboards, and processes to surface anomalies, performance regressions, and edge cases.
  • Driving cross-functional initiatives to improve monitoring, observability, and data quality.

Our ideal candidate has expertise in AI, machine learning, and software engineering with experience in team leadership and technical project management.

Additionally, this person should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be able to communicate complex ideas effectively, and be passionate about driving innovation and improvement within the organization.
