In this role, you'll drive measurable business growth by developing long-term strategies, optimizing commercial performance, and ensuring organizational alignment.

You'll serve as a key advisor and collaborator across the organization – shaping decisions, enabling innovation, and turning data into action.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Strategic Planning & Business Development by setting direction, developing actionable plans, and enhancing product offerings through migration and optimization initiatives.
  • Drive Performance Improvement through development of KPIs aligned with corporate goals.
  • Strengthen Cross-Functional Collaboration by acting as the key liaison between teams to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Analyze Commercial Performance to deliver actionable insights and mitigate performance deviations.
  • Champion Process Improvements by identifying and implementing operational efficiencies within commercial planning functions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • MBA or an equivalent advanced degree is preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial strategy, business planning, or financial performance management
  • Proven expertise in telecom KPIs, reporting, and advanced analytics
