Job Title: Facility Executive

The role of the Facility Executive encompasses the overall management and operation of a power plant. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring optimal production planning to meet business objectives.
  • Developing and implementing effective safety protocols, encompassing environmental considerations.
  • Implementing predictive and preventative maintenance strategies to minimize downtime.
  • Leading human resources for the facility, including staffing and personnel development.
  • Directing operational control, ensuring timely reporting and data analysis.
  • Optimizing inventory management to maintain efficient supply chains.
  • Guaranteeing quality assurance through rigorous testing and evaluation.
  • Facilitating technical feedback and performance appraisal processes.

Additionally, the Facility Executive will be responsible for preparing comprehensive annual operating plans and budgets in conjunction with contract managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead operations and maintenance teams to achieve peak efficiency.
  • Identify and recruit suitable local staff to manage the facility.
  • Supervise and certify all subcontractor work to maintain high standards.
  • Monitor spare parts consumption and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Develop and enforce the plant's safety program.
