Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and implementation of facilities changes, ensuring that office layouts and production equipment meet the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Facilities Planning: Develop and implement plans for facilities changes, including office layouts and production equipment.
  2. Budgeting and Cost Estimation: Review and estimate design costs, including design, equipment, installation, labor, and materials.
  3. Performance Specification: Develop performance specifications and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
  4. Procurement and Contract Management: Manage budgets, approve contracts and purchases, and communicate effectively with vendors and visitors.
  5. Problem Analysis and Reporting: Analyze problems, compile data, and prepare reports and recommendations.
