Job Title: Sales and Business Development Leader

About the Role:
This senior leadership position plays a pivotal role in driving business growth, revenue expansion, and strategic partnerships. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and executing long-term vision, goals, and business strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective monetization strategies, including advertising models, premium listings, and value-added services.
  • Analyze revenue performance, identify areas for improvement, and take proactive measures to optimize revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns to attract advertisers/agencies/developers and increase client engagement.
  • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand the reach and user base of the platform.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, advertisers, developers, and other stakeholders to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • A Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in a senior leadership role within the classifieds/B2B sales.
  • Strong business acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth and achieving business targets.
  • In-depth understanding of online classifieds business models, market dynamics, and emerging trends.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication, persuasive & interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
