We are seeking a seasoned business growth expert to identify lucrative opportunities, craft compelling pitches, and design impactful presentation materials.
Key Responsibilities- Discover daily projects on Upwork and assess their viability for our team.
- Develop customized, high-converting proposals and SEO-optimized pitch decks that showcase our expertise.
- Support our digital marketing efforts by designing engaging pitch decks and other visual content using AI tools.
- Meet targets for bid volume and response rates, while accurately updating our project management systems.
- Collaborate with the Senior Bidder to establish a first-touch client engagement strategy.
- Effectively communicate project requirements to our PM and dev teams.
- At least 6-12 months of proven bidding success on Upwork.
- Fluent English language skills (written and verbal).
- A strong understanding of IT services.
- A portfolio showcasing successful pitch decks or proposals that have closed projects valued at over $5,000.
- Comfortable using AI writing and design tools, as well as basic SEO principles.
