Job Overview

This role is responsible for providing operational support to the collection team, ensuring the smooth operation of the collection system and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure data base updates are done as per established processes with proper checks and in a timely manner.
  • Document and maintain accurate records related to collections and ensure they are organized, updated and accessible for future reference or audits.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including allocations to agencies and vendor billing processes.
  • Foster effective working relationships with internal staff to understand roles and develop mutual understanding.
  • Maintain awareness of customer contact guidelines related to collections.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an operations-oriented role.
  • Knowledge of basic principles of collection and stages of the collections process.
  • Proficiency in office software (MS Word, Excel and PPT) for report generation, data entry and documentation.
  • Ability to manage databases and ensure accuracy.
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills to meet deadlines.
