Job Title: HR Operations Specialist

About the Role

The HR Operations Specialist will play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining the Human Resources function at our Karachi Office.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated individual to make a meaningful impact on the organization and contribute to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the HR Manager in developing and implementing HR operations, including employee onboarding, benefits administration, and payroll management.
  • Collaborate with the HR Manager to design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's Degree in Human Resource Management or an MBA with a focus on HR.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in the oil and gas sector.
  • Strong expertise in technical recruitment, particularly in the fields of Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical engineering.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills to effectively interact with employees, managers, and external stakeholders.
  • The ability to take on challenges and work independently to achieve goals.
  • A strong appetite for work and a willingness to go above and beyond to deliver results.
