Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our customer service team. As a Part-Time Night Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in handling inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Communication is key to this role. You must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
  2. Candidates should have a clear and confident speaking voice, be fluent in English, and demonstrate active listening skills.
  3. Persuasion and negotiation are essential skills for closing deals confidently.
  4. Customer satisfaction is paramount; patience and empathy are vital qualities for resolving conflicts.
  5. Time management is critical in handling multiple calls efficiently and meeting daily/weekly targets.

  4. Basic understanding of accounting principles is a plus.

Educational Qualification:
