
Government and Corporate Sales Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to spearhead our Government and Corporate Sales efforts in Islamabad. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to join our team and drive business growth through strategic account management and solution selling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and expand strong relationships with B2B, B2G, and Chinese enterprise accounts to drive revenue growth and ensure repeat business and long-term client retention.
- Achieve revenue targets across telecom services, ICT solutions, and enterprise solution offerings by identifying new business opportunities and upselling/cross-selling existing clients.
- Ensure timely recovery of revenue from assigned accounts and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Promote and execute solution selling in domains such as cloud, IoT, and cybersecurity to meet client requirements and deliver value-driven solutions.
- Develop and present customized proposals and solution bundles to match client needs and preferences.
Requirements:
- Proven Key Account Management experience in Telecom, ICT, Banking, or FMCG sectors, with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to compare telecom operator packages and demonstrate competitive advantages to customers.
- Expertise in portfolio management and revenue collection, with strong numerical ability for pricing, comparisons, and business case development.
- Strong analytical thinking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with excellent communication in English and Urdu.
- Self-motivated, self-initiator, and problem-solving mindset with customer-centric engagement approach.
Education:
- Minimum Graduation degree, Master's will be preferred.
Special Requirements:
- Experience delivering ICT solutions to government and private sector clients, with an understanding of procurement processes and sector-specific needs.
- Knowledge of ICT solution selling and managing product offerings, with ability to assess client requirements and propose effective, value-driven ICT solutions aligned with business objectives.
