Job Overview

The role of Inside Sales Representative is a dynamic position that requires exceptional communication skills and a drive to succeed. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service as the first point of contact for all customers calling in.

A key aspect of this role is supporting and assisting customers throughout their journey, from initial inquiries to the completion of moves. This includes obtaining quotes and estimates within 24 hours and sending out necessary paperwork such as estimates, job sheets, and invoices.

Maintaining open communication with customers and drivers during and after moves is crucial in ensuring a smooth experience for all parties involved. Rigorous follow-ups with customers who have been quoted or not responded are also essential in converting leads into sales.

Additionally, liaising with contractors to obtain information and estimates will be an integral part of this role. As a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 1pm-10pm, and Saturdays for 5 hours, it demands efficiency and speed in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone calls, emails, or other means of communication.
  • Support and assist customers throughout their entire journey, from quote to move completion.
  • Obtain quotes and estimates from customers within a 24-hour timeframe.
  • Send out necessary paperwork, including estimates, job sheets, and invoices, in a timely manner.
  • Ensure seamless communication with customers and drivers during and after moves.
  • Conduct rigorous follow-ups with customers who have been quoted or not responded.
  • Liaise with contractors to obtain necessary information and estimates.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
