Customer Service Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take instructions from customers for specific vehicles according to their requirements.
- Process secure payments from customers over the phone.
- Offer timely and accurate pricing to customers.
- Amend and cancel active bookings on customer request, provide solution where required.
- Track arriving and departing flights in accordance with upcoming taxi bookings (airport pickup and drop-off).
- Liaise with the UK office to resolve any queries that may arise.
- Connect customers with drivers to ensure smooth and pleasant rides.
- Swiftly handle queries/grievances from drivers.
- Ensure accurate pickup and drop-off to maintain high-quality standards.
Requirements:
- Preferably inbound call center experience or minimum 1 year experience in a similar role with a reputable company.
- Candidates with working knowledge of taxi booking software (Ghost and Icabbie) have an added advantage.
- High school graduation is mandatory.
Benefits:
- Full-time contract with 7/24 shifts based in Rawalpindi, Pakistan.
