Business Insights Manager

As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth strategies.

This role is responsible for various aspects of channel management, business intelligence and reporting, system and process governance, and more. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive results.

  • Developing and maintaining reporting frameworks to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing regular updates to stakeholders
  • Conducting in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
  • Creating dashboards, scorecards, and other visualization tools to provide real-time insights into key business metrics
  • Evaluating existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for optimization and implementing improvements to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in business administration or a related field
  • 6-8 years of relevant work experience
  • Deep insight into channel planning and development with strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
