Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities for our services, including website development, digital marketing (SEO, SMM, SEM), branding, and IT solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to establish relationships with potential clients and conduct outreach via email, calls, and meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Business Development: Identify and generate new business opportunities for the company's services.
  2. Customer Outreach: Establish relationships with potential clients and conduct outreach via email, calls, and meetings.
  3. Solution Proposal: Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
  4. Sales Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and development teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth project execution.
  6. Performance Tracking: Track and report on sales performance, opportunities, and client feedback.

Requirements

  1. Experience: Proven experience in business development and sales within the digital marketing or IT services industry.
  2. Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing, web development, and full-stack IT services, or the ability and willingness to learn.
  3. Communication: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  4. Independence: Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  5. Motivation: Self-motivated, with a strong drive for results and growth.
  6. Tech Skills: Knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting systems is a plus.
