Job Title

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable professional to support our HR function. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate payroll processing, timely employee settlements, effective administration of employee benefits, and compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

This includes managing monthly payroll for all employees, salary calculations, bonuses, deductions, reimbursements, statutory contributions, and final settlements, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement. Ensuring compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements, preparing payroll reconciliation reports and supporting audits to maintain data accuracy and integrity.

Maintaining and updating employee information in payroll systems, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy for changes in salary, employment status, and loan/advance tracking. Collaborating on HR activities including onboarding, offboarding, and managing employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and policies.

  • A Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution is required. Candidates with 3–5 years of experience in payroll will be considered.
  • Solid knowledge of end-to-end payroll processes and understanding of local payroll regulations and compliance in Pakistan is essential.
  • High level of accuracy in handling data and records, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and support employee queries.
