
Technical Account Manager

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in software sales, with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in cold calling, high-volume outreach, lead qualification, and full-cycle sales management.
About the role:This is a hybrid role that combines the responsibilities of a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and an Account Executive (AE), with additional light customer support responsibilities.
You will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from prospecting and cold outreach to negotiation and closing, while providing exceptional customer support as needed.
Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound cold calls and targeted outreach to generate new sales opportunities.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture prospects for custom software development services.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, needs assessment, presentation, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Skillfully negotiate pricing, project scopes, and timelines with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Minimum 2+ years of proven success in software sales, preferably in custom web and mobile application development.
- Experience in cold calling, high-volume outreach, lead qualification, and full-cycle sales management.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close high-ticket deals effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Solid understanding of the software development landscape, including key technologies and business models.
- Attractive Commission Structure:
- Up to 3% commission per closed sale
