Job Title

An IT Systems Enterprise Specialist is responsible for delivering a roadmap, delivery strategies, support, implementation, and design services for email services (on-premises and cloud), Microsoft Active Directory, and Windows-based systems across the enterprise.

  • This position oversees day-to-day operations, planning, upgrades, implementation, and support for Microsoft Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and Exchange servers to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Responsibilities include directory management, integration with identity management solutions, compliance with Service Level Agreements, and execution of daily routines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Deep understanding of Office365 subscriptions and Microsoft Licensing Program
  • Managing Microsoft Infrastructure such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
  • Timely Patch Management of servers and laptops as per security guidelines
  • Achieving operational goals aligned with departmental strategies
  • Meeting SLAs & KPIs with stakeholders
  • Implementing process improvements and standardization
  • Working on Office365 products including EMS, Intune, Cloud App Security, Power Platform, PowerShell scripting
