Job Title: Enterprise Sales Leader

We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven professional to lead our enterprise sales efforts in IT infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with clients and partners, and staying up-to-date on industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts focused on IT infrastructure solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth across Compute, Storage, Backup, and related infrastructure segments.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in collaboration with pre-sales engineers, solution architects, and OEM partners.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders including CIOs, IT Heads, Infrastructure Leads, and Procurement Managers.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, proposal/bid development, and contract negotiation/closure.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and vendors/OEMs to deliver integrated and customer-centric IT solutions.
  • Provide accurate forecasts, pipeline visibility, and market insights to sales leadership.
  • Stay updated on technology trends and OEM product developments.
  • Engage in RFP/RFQ processes and drive proposal responses for enterprise and government sector opportunities.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, OEM events, and customer engagement forums.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • At least 6 years of proven experience in sales of IT infrastructure solutions within enterprise or commercial sectors.
  • In-depth understanding of IT infrastructure solutions including servers, storage, networking, and backup systems.
  • Strong industry network and working relationships with OEMs and system integrators.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
