As a Senior Functional Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge digital transformation solutions. Your primary mission is to understand client needs and master the RGM platform to configure ERP solutions that deliver measurable value.

About The Role

This senior-level position requires you to bridge business and technology by combining deep industry understanding with a hands-on approach to configuration and a sharp, questioning mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure ERP systems based on business needs, from module setup to detailed functional rules
  • Lead functional design activities and translate client needs into ERP system behavior
  • Run and facilitate workshops to map business processes and align on solution design
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to translate configurations into deployments
  • Challenge assumptions and proactively propose improvements to business processes or technical solutions
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) planning and execution
  • Build client trust by understanding their commercial goals and aligning solutions accordingly
  • Guide junior analysts and contribute to internal best practice development
  • Stay current on industry trends in FMCG and how they relate to digital transformation and sales enablement
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, ERP Consultant, or Functional Consultant role
  • Experience configuring business applications or ERP systems (e.g., XTEL, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce)
  • Strong understanding of sales/commercial processes, especially in FMCG or Consumer Goods
  • Technically curious and able to ask why - not afraid to challenge the brief or dig into root causes
  • Skilled at working with cross-functional teams: business stakeholders, technical teams, testers
  • Comfortable supporting the full project lifecycle: workshops, configuration, testing, deployment, and support
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery models
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
