Job Title:

Strategic HR Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional to lead our human resources practices and processes.

About the Role:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with our business objectives.
  2. Maintain effective management and employee relations by addressing concerns, demands or grievances in a timely manner.
  3. Manage all aspects of recruitment and selection, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
  4. Support our current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of our most valuable asset – our people.
  5. Design and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  6. Foster a positive working environment that promotes collaboration, innovation, and growth.
  7. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives exceptional results.
  8. Maintain and develop our pay plan and benefits program to attract and retain top talent.
  9. Analyze training needs and implement targeted training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  10. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to management through HR metrics and data analysis.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing human resource management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Manage performance appraisals and develop growth plans for employees.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on employee data and analytics.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in employment law and regulations.
