- The ideal candidate will be responsible for Talent Management: Attracting, developing, retaining, and engaging a high-performance workforce.

- Overseeing payroll after verifying headcount and reported salary elements is a key task.
- Masters in HRM from a reputable institute.
- Previous exposure to fashion/textile/retail industry required.
- Excellent grasp of local labor laws is essential.
- Exceptional communication skills are necessary.
- ERP literacy and MS applications knowledge is vital.
