Administrative Leadership Role

This position involves overseeing administrative operations within a department to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

  • Spearhead administrative functions to drive business growth and success
  • Supervise and manage staff in an administrative setting, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Develop and implement inventory control management systems to optimize resource utilization
  • Collaborate with other department heads to manage administrative operations and ensure seamless communication
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining company documentation, including records, files, and statements
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls, routing messages, and responding to queries

Maintaining confidentiality and security of company information is essential in this role. You will also be responsible for preparing travel documents, making travel arrangements, and collecting and analyzing business data to prepare reports and presentations for management.

Key Requirements
  • Proven knowledge of office administration and human resource management
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to maintain accuracy in preparing and entering information
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent verbal and listening communication approach
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills, with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
  • Proficient in computer skills, including spreadsheet and word processing programs, and e-mail
