
Enterprise Sales Growth Specialist

The primary objective of the Business Development Representative will be to spearhead complete outbound campaigns targeting key decision-makers. This includes owning prospect research, managing qualified handoffs to senior closers, and leveraging provided lead intelligence and premium outreach tools to achieve revenue targets.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales or lead generation roles. They must demonstrate a proven track record of making cold calls, booking sales appointments, and engaging effectively with business owners and senior stakeholders.
The successful candidate will also exhibit strong objection handling and persuasive communication skills, along with a reliable internet connection, a suitable laptop or desktop, and a good quality microphone or headset.
Success Metrics- A minimum of 15 qualified appointments per month
- Collaboration with prospects having genuine buying authority and budget
