
Sales Growth Specialist

As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in driving growth and revenue for our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with businesses up for sale in the US/Canada market and identify potential leads for partnership opportunities.
This is a full-time remote work opportunity that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will need to have strong communication skills, be outgoing and friendly, and able to quickly build professional relationships with individuals through various channels.
- You will research companies to create strategic business development plans.
- You will proactively schedule calls with prospective clients via phone and email.
- You will add prospects to a spreadsheet/database and conduct lead generation, prospecting, and qualifying potential new clients.
- You will respond to requests from customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- You will take requirements from clients and make clear objectives and KPIs for assigned projects.
In order to succeed in this role, you will need to have experience using CRM/sales software and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively. If you have previous experience selling intangibles and are looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we encourage you to apply.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business development or sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience using CRM/sales software preferred.
