About the Role

As a Mid-Market Account Manager, you will leverage experience to manage large US-based customers within a specialized book of business.

A successful Mid-Market Account Manager is dedicated to continuous learning, has robust interpersonal skills, and guides customers toward solutions addressing operational, safety, and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build lasting executive relationships with larger US-based clients to drive growth and expansion.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery to align Motive's offerings with customers' challenges.
  • Present comprehensive product demos and proposals for complex needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions and improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Own contract renewal process and implement advanced retention strategies.
  • Troubleshoot issues promptly, identifying best course of action in line with both customer success and Motive's objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and/or exposure to US B2B customers.
  • 6+ years of relevant work experience managing larger US-based accounts.
  • Proven software sales experience and ideally relevant industry experience.
  • Demonstrated skill in complex deal management.
  • Experience driving contract renewals and revenue retention.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
