Business Development Associate

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cold and warm calling prospective clients to identify new business opportunities and develop strong client connections.
  • Execute daily outbound calls and customized emails utilizing sales enablement tools to achieve maximum results.
  • Schedule face-to-face meetings with key decision-makers to discuss potential partnerships.
  • Develop a strategic sales approach to build a strong pipeline of business opportunities.
  • Assist clients by providing them with qualified candidates that meet their needs and requirements through our recruitment services.
  • Achieve and exceed sales and recruiting activity metrics on a weekly basis.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their needs and provided candidates are meeting expectations.
  • Identify and pursue high-quality contacts and accounts best aligned for using our platform and create lasting impressions with potential customers while building a sales pipeline.
  • Act as the first point of contact for potential clients while executing marketing and sales tactics/activities.
  • Organize, categorize, and prioritize sales leads and gather market data before and during customer outreach to understand prospective customers' needs and effectively translate those needs to the sales team.
Requirements:
  1. Able to work collaboratively across various divisions and foster teamwork.
  2. Identify and resolve issues in an effective manner.
  3. Excellent PC skills along with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  4. Proven ability in competitor sourcing and relationship building.
  5. Basic knowledge of employment laws.
  6. Experience in recruitment for diverse types of profiles.
  7. Skills in record keeping and database management.
