Job Title:

Social Media Recruiter

">Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and other online platforms.

Nurture relationships with passive candidates to attract top talent for various roles.

Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to comprehend job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.

Evaluate and qualify candidates to ensure a suitable match for current and future positions.

Maintain and manage candidate pipelines for future hiring needs.

Monitor and report on sourcing metrics to enhance processes and sourcing efficiency.

Stay up-to-date with market trends and sourcing best practices to optimize overall talent acquisition efforts.

">Requirements:

A Bachelor or Master's degree in German languages is preferred.

At least 2 years of experience in talent sourcing, ideally in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in utilizing LinkedIn and other sourcing tools (job boards, networking platforms, ATS, CRM, etc.).

Excellent German and English communication skills to effectively engage with potential candidates.

Tech-savviness with proficiency in MS Office Word/Excel/PowerPoint.

Self-motivation, organization, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
