We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Document Control Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and organizing all project documents and records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in document control, preferably in the Telecom or engineering industry. They will also have a working knowledge of GIS tools and document management systems, and be proficient in document control software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize all project documents and records, including technical drawings, specifications, reports, and correspondence
- Ensure that all project documents are accurate, complete, and up-to-date
- Develop and implement document control processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective management of project documentation
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure that all project documentation is reviewed and approved in a timely manner
- Monitor and track document changes, revisions, and approvals
- Ensure that all project documents are properly stored and archived
- Provide support to project teams by retrieving and distributing project documents as needed
- Prepare and distribute project reports and status updates as required
- Assist with project closeout by ensuring that all project documents are complete and accurate
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all project documents and records
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve document control processes and procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in document control, preferably in the Telecom or engineering industry
- Familiarity with dry & Wet utilities telecom network components (ducts, chambers, cabinets, fibre routes, splicing schematics)
- Working knowledge of GIS tools and document management systems
- Proficient in document control software and Microsoft Office Suitetrong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of document control processes and procedures
