
Pre-Sales Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer to bridge customer needs with cutting-edge technical solutions.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales team, customers, OEM partners, and internal technical teams to deliver tailored proposals and support business growth.
This role requires strong technical acumen, customer engagement skills, and the ability to design comprehensive solutions that align with client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Act as the technical point of contact during pre-sales engagements, gather and analyze customer requirements through meetings, workshops, and site visits.
- Solution Design and Proposal Development: Design customized Telecom/IT solutions based on customer needs, incorporating best practices and industry standards.
- Demonstrations and Proof of Concept (POC): Plan, coordinate, and execute product demonstrations, proof-of-concept trials, and pilot projects for prospective customers.
- Collaboration with OEMs/Partners: Work closely with OEM partners to validate solution designs, pricing, and compatibility.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a pre-sales, solution architecture, or technical sales engineering role with major Telecom/IT vendors.
- Strong technical knowledge and practical expertise in at least one or more of the following domains: Wireless/Cellular Technologies, Information Technology, IP/Data Communications.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proposal writing and solution presentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
