Senior Research Associate, Molecular Pathology

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Research Assistant to join our team in the Department of Pathology & Laboratory Medicine.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct ongoing research projects related to fungal infections and resistance
- Perform laboratory tasks including bench work, isolate storage, inventory ordering, and storage of reagents and kits
- Enter and analyze data
- Support residents in their research projects
- Maintain institutional and laboratory safety protocols
- Optimize protocols for lab-developed tests
- Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of experience; Master's preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in computer applications
- Ability to multitask and adapt to change
- Understanding of and commitment to equal opportunities
- Experience in maintaining and developing academic, research, and teaching skills
The Senior Research Assistant will be responsible for conducting research projects, performing laboratory tasks, entering and analyzing data, supporting residents, and maintaining safety protocols. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in computer applications.
