Job Title: Arrangement Specialist

 

We are seeking a skilled Arrangement Specialist to join our team. As an Arrangement Specialist, you will be responsible for creating unique and beautiful floral arrangements according to customer requests.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create unique floral arrangements according to customer requests.

  • Assist customers in selecting the right flowers and plants for their needs.

  • Keep inventory of flowers and supplies stocked and organized.

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and offering advice on floral care.

  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales goals.

  • E nsure all orders are completed accurately and on time.

 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a florist or in a similar role is preferred.

  • Passion for flowers and creativity in design.

  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Must be able to lift up to 25lbs.

 

Working Hours:

This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. You will be expected to work approximately 20 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
