In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical implementation teams and business stakeholders, providing technical expertise and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

You will be responsible for guiding the technical direction of AI projects, ensuring the technical feasibility of proposed solutions, managing technical resources, and delivering high-quality AI solutions that meet complex business needs.

• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership throughout the AI project lifecycle, from conception to deployment.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, product owners, and stakeholders.
• Technical Project Planning: Develop technical project plans, including resource allocation, technical dependencies, and risk assessments.
• Solution Evaluation: Evaluate technical feasibility of proposed AI solutions and provide recommendations on architecture, technology stack, and implementation approaches.
• Implementation Guidance: Work closely with ML/NLP engineers and data engineers to ensure proper technical implementation of AI models and systems.
• Challenge Identification: Identify potential technical challenges and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
• Technical Standards: Establish technical standards, best practices, and methodologies for AI projects.
• Quality Assurance: Lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.
• Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress from a technical perspective, addressing bottlenecks and technical debt.
• Communication Bridge: Bridge communication between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating technical concepts and limitations effectively.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in software development or engineering roles, with at least 2 years of experience leading AI/ML projects in a technical capacity.
• Technical Background: Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development, particularly in AI-related technologies.
• Ai/Ml Knowledge: Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, including large language models (LLMs), natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and their practical business applications.
• Technical Skills: Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and embedding models for AI applications, proficiency in at least one programming language relevant to AI implementation (Python preferred).
• Familiarity: Familiarity with AI frameworks and libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, etc.), working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Methodologies: Experience with agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
• Data Requirements: Strong understanding of data requirements for AI projects and experience collaborating with data engineering teams.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
