Job Title: Sales Operations Executive
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations professional to join our team. As a key member of the Regional Sales Management team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and ensuring effective communication between sales teams, departments, and distributors/customers.
About the Role:
- You will be responsible for timely collection and planning of orders, as well as coordination for payments from all regions/distributors in line with business objectives.
- Prepare timely sales reports and analysis, maintaining sales history of concerned regions/zones and distributors.
- Monthly reconciliation of sales data with region/zonal reports.
- Celebrate successes through timely submission of claims, their settlement, and clearance certificates according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Promote company's trade promotions to sales team members in a timely manner, compile spending, evaluate, and report on results.
- Support the sales team with sales analysis, Return Sales Force (RSF), sales volume shares, bottom-up analysis as per business needs.
- Ensure adherence to all company principles and policies, promoting continuous improvement using the Nestle Continuous Excellence methodology.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Sales/Marketing or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant Sales Operations experience.
- Able to understand business dynamics and processes.
- Familiarity with sales functions such as Customer Service, Customer, Field sales.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
