Pak-Qatar Family Takaful Limited has a dynamic role available for an experienced Sales Trainer. In this position, you will have the opportunity to drive business growth through effective training and development of the Takaful Distribution Team.
Job DescriptionThis is a unique chance to join our team as a Sales Trainer and contribute to the success of the organization. As a Sales Trainer, your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver high-quality training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
You will work closely with various stakeholders to understand their training needs and develop customized solutions to address those needs. Your expertise in training methodologies and practices will play a crucial role in shaping the training programs and ensuring their effectiveness.
In addition to designing and delivering training programs, you will also be responsible for monitoring their impact and making recommendations for improvement. This requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities- Aid in designing training courses, including material, tests, and presentations for the Takaful Distribution Team.
- Conduct training sessions for the Takaful Distribution Team.
- Train, coach, and motivate the Distribution Team to achieve acceptable levels of performance and business targets.
- Aid in conducting a training needs analysis for the Sales Force and conduct short training and counseling sessions in Branches.
- Coordinate with Location Heads for training needs such as pre-course, foundation, and Management Development Program.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training and plan to maximize training outcomes.
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent training/teaching skills, knowledge of Takaful and Insurance processes, procedures, and products, as well as knowledge of training methodologies and practices.
